NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS

 1.    : Follow fabric-specific instructions.

    2.    Hand Wash: For delicate fabrics, use cold water and gentle detergent.

    3.    Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle, turn clothes inside out, and place in a mesh bag.

    4.    Use Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals.

    5.    Air Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry; avoid the dryer.

    6.    Iron Carefully: Use low heat or steam, and consider a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics.

This will help preserve the quality of your boutique pieces!

BADBTCH BUREAU  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility. Lost/stolen packages are nonrefundable.

Once your order leaves our facility, It is at the liability of USPS/UPS. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS as instructed. We cannot file claims on the addressee’ behalf. 

BADBTCH BUREAU DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

A signature may or may not be required for delivery. Please keep up with your tracking information.

If your package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason, you have to pay the shipping fee to have your package sent back out. Same label can not be reused. We do not issue refunds for packages sent back to us, we can resend the item after you purchase a new label or you can receive store credit

◦ When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will then be processed within 1-2 business days after which you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Shipping days are Mon-Fri. You can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 days unless stated otherwise. 

◦ Express shipping is guaranteed 1-2 business days anywhere in the U.S.
